This Skills Bootcamp, which includes the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management, is ideal for chefs aspiring to supervisory or Head Chef roles and covers leadership, people management, finance, HR, communications, coaching, mentoring and sustainability.
This nine-week Skills Bootcamp for Future Chef Managers is ideal for chefs and professional kitchen employees who are looking to develop skills in leadership, people management, finance, HR and sustainability in order to progress into supervisory or Chef Manager roles within the Hospitality sector.
On 25 September 2024 Truro and Penwith College will be hosting a Taster Day for the Skills Bootcamp programme for Future Chef Managers to provide an opportunity to meet with the tutors, take part in taster activities to get a better understanding of the content and study requirements of the full taught programme content, learn about the benefits of becoming an adult learner at Truro and Penwith College and meet with trained Guidance Officers to discuss career aspirations and any additional support or accessibility requirements.
The nine-week Skills Bootcamp will start on 9 October 2024 and learners will study a range of subjects that will enable you to develop their career within the Hospitality industry or prepare you for progression onto further studies or an Apprenticeship.
