This 10 week Skills Bootcamp will include the following topics:

Week 1: Breads,

Week 2: Dough products,

Week 3: Meat dishes,

Week 4: Poultry dishes,

Week 5: Fish and shellfish dishes,

Week 6: Soups,

Week 7: Vegetarian and vegan dishes,

Week 8: Hot, cold and frozen desserts,

Week 9: Patisserie, and

Week 10: Biscuits, cakes and sponges.

Completion of this Skills Bootcamp will allow you to enter a professional kitchen as a trainee/commis chef.

This course will be delivered in person at our main campus in North Devon and runs one day a week, every Monday, from 9.00am – 4.00pm.
