The course will cover: nature and context of projects, management of stakeholders including the project team roles and responsibilities, as well as planning and control of projects.

The course will include a written assignment, certified by the CMI and leads to a CMI Level 3 Award in Project Management. Full support is provided in the classroom.

On the achievement of the course, learners will be able to confidently perform in a project management role, apply for relevant jobs, progress to higher qualifications and professional membership should they wish.
