    This 10-week Project and Service Management Skills Bootcamp gives you the structure, tools, and mindset to deliver successful projects in any industry.

    Over the programme, you’ll explore what defines a project, why management matters, and how best practice frameworks improve governance, control, and delivery assurance. You’ll learn to manage time, cost, quality, and risk; understand stakeholder roles; and adapt approaches to suit projects of any size or complexity.

    The Skills Bootcamp also includes Foundation-level Prince2® certification and CertNexus CyberSafe Awareness training to strengthen project delivery and risk management.

    The purpose of this Project Management Skills Bootcamp is to introduce aspiring or early career project managers to the nature and context of projects, individual role and responsibilities within projects and a project management process within the Engineering sector. During this course, you will work towards your CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Level 3 Award in Project Management.

    Coupled with this introduction to project management, there is a dual focus of understanding management and leadership and how projects support change within business as usual (BAU).

    Sessions are held on Mondays between 10am to 4pm.
